I am committed in providing you with a personal training service of the highest standard.
My home personal training service is based on us working together to ensure that you achieve your health and fitness goals safely, effectively and enjoyably.
The personal training programmes that I design are based on sound sports science evidence and my own extensive fitness experiences.
I have been involved in the Physical Education and Fitness Industry since 1990. My professional and structured approach has earned me a strong reputation.
All personal training programmes are based on constant progression techniques that ensure you avoid reaching a physical or mental plateau, so that your body continues to adapt and therefore continues to improve.
I am qualified to a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer on the Register of Exercise Professionals and National Register of Personal Trainers and hold valid Public Liability Insurance and up to date First Aid certificates.
All my personal training services are delivered at a location of your choice; whether that’s at home, in the office or at the park. I will bring the necessary equipment, plus the experience and motivational support, to make sure that each and every workout brings you one step closer to achieving your individual health and fitness targets.
To begin the personal training process I offer a Free Consultation, which gives me the opportunity to:-
Gather important personal information about you
Discuss your specific health and fitness objectives
Create a customised and periodised personal training plan that focuses on your goals
During the consultation, you can decide how many times per week you want to train and when you want to train – from 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday, and 7am to 5pm at weekends
You are now ready to embark on your personal training programme; I will make sure that the plan is correctly implemented whilst offering friendly motivation, support and advice.
To check that you are progressing towards your goals, we then evaluate you on a monthly basis, to determine if your personal training plan is still working effectively for you.
Personal Training is about motivation, setting attainable, realistic and achievable goals, having a training partner who will guide you through your program safely and effectively with progressions that will give you the ultimate rewards.
