Personal Training requires a vast knowledge and understanding of the human body and psychology of exercise. I have spent the last 20 years acquiring, developing and applying this knowledge in order to teach people the best way to incorporate exercise into their lives.

I know that making the first step is one of the hardest that you will ever take and I endeavour to make it easier for you. I can't do the exercise for you but I will be with you every step of the way, encouraging and challenging you to reach your goals.

I offer a variety of Personal Training Packages to get you nearer your goals. Each session is an hour long and includes aerobic (cardiovascular) exercise - walking, running, stepping or cross training and toning or resistance exercises.

I use Heart Rate Monitors to allow me to guage the level of intensity you are working at - so that you get the maxmuim benefits out of each session.
