A bit about me.....

I am a graduate in Sport and Exercise Sciences, majoring in Anatomy, Physiology and Biomechanics, with Nutrition and Sports Psychology. My post graduate degree was in Physical Education, specialising in teaching A Level and GCSE Anatomy and Physiology, History of Sport and Sports Coaching.

From my background in teaching Physical Education, I became a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in 1990; training people of all levels, international athletes and sports professionals in Badminton, Rugby, Athletics, Hockey, Tennis, Swimming, and Diving.

In addition to my degree, my qualifications include; Advanced Fitness Instructor, Level 3, Nutrition and Weight Management Level 3, Fitness Assessments and Program Design Level 3, Exercise (GP) Referral Level 3, Sports Massage, Sports Injury & Rehabilitation and I am currently taking my Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation.

I hold a current First Aid Certificate, and instructors cetificates in: Indoor Cycling, Step, Aerobics and Body Conditioning. I also hold specific coaching qualifications in a number of sports including; Hockey, Netball, Tennis, Athletics, Gymnastics and Swimming.

I specialise in weight loss and exercise for the older generation.  The programmes I design involve safe, progressive exercises, specifically for you, based on your current fitness levels and goals. I provide all the equipment needed to carry out a full exercise sessions from your own home.
