I am a Personal Trainer; Exercise Physiologist with over 20 years experience. I specialise in General Fitness, Weight Loss and Cardiac Rehabilitation.
I am passionate about teaching people how to introduce exercise into their lives - making it fun, motivational and achievable, not a chore. I encourage healthy eating not constant 'dieting', helping you learn how to fuel your body for optimum wellbeing.
All fitness plans are devised specifically for you and develop as your fitness increases allowing you to reach your goals.
